She has been very fervent in arousing people’s mind into innovation. Lori believes that creativity is a behavior, not a talent, and the truth of it has been evident in these recent campaigns which represent her approach.
CP+B build the commercializer for the Letgo app, where the app users would create sophisticated TV-style ads for their sale of used items. This boosted the app downloads to 45 million recently.

When 2K released NBA 2K basketball video game in 2016, CP+B fitted it with Fitbit, where players would create accounts and link them to NBA 2K profiles something to enabled them to make improvements to their virtual characters.

At KBS+, where she used to work before becoming the CEO of CP+B, Lori Senecal held a competition meant to source innovative ideas from employees which would help boost morale. The by then two youngest employees gave the best idea which was to set up an on-site art gallery for the employees and local artists to showcase their work. This idea, later broadened and the gallery grew into a multi-purpose hub, something that was unimaginable at the beginning.
